Have you tried yell.com or Dogpile Search Google? Theres a lot of places now. I think some are a mobile service, so that the tires on the rim - perhaps not as well as a number of reconditioned tires out there, but it is worth examining.
Pop into your local Halfords, the children can get a quote and direct you to the company called Shine, which really work.
