How can I make factions go to war in Mount&Blade version .903? - mount and blade region code

I'm using the version of Mount & Blade, 903, and my group (North) is not at war with anyone. He says I am still at war with Rhodoks and Khergits although he completely defeated them both. I took all of their castles and cities, and conquered all of their masters. How do I solve this problem?
