Painful "lump" in larger breast?? - anybody with pectus excavatum do boxing

I am 19 and I am worried I am happy about my chest. I have pectus excavatum, which is essentially what a hole in my chest deformity, I do not think it has anything to do with it. But my breasts are very small, I guess you could call my flat chest, I buy my bra in the girls section 30AA. In any case, my breasts are much higher than the others and it is painful. It hurts to the touch, and sometimes, if I my arm the right way is then made for. I feel something, but I'm not sure whether a lump sum of my ribs or something. I was wondering if anyone has an idea what might be?
